A fun photocopiable 'passport' for children to complete on transition to a new class.

A great resource to use when meeting your new class for the first time or during the first week back after the Summer holidays!

The passport consists of 8 A5-sized pages (2 per A4 sheet) which, when printed, can be bound/stapled together as a booklet.

As the Passport is supplied in Microsoft Word format, this enables you to personalise the front cover with the School's name, badge, school year, etc. Mix and match the pages you wish to include in the Passport - it could be kept very simple with 2 A4 pages copied back-to-back or be presented as a more detailed booklet of 8 pages.

The booklet, when filled and coloured by the children, provides teachers with a wealth of information about each pupil in their class.

Font used throughout is Comic Sans, though this can easily be changed within Microsoft Word.
